Fantastic Getaway!

The staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast had an AMAZING range of options, including eggs cooked exactly to order. The pool and Wellness Centre were beautifully laid out. The rooftop bar is fine.
The nearby building work forced a road closure, outside the control of the hotel, but inconvenient. It was a bit difficult getting around initially.

The front desk staff acted rudely. I asked for luggage assistance, but no one came. This was not the welcome I expected.

the breakfast offered a good variety of options. the pools were also a plus. there was an indoor and an outdoor pool. there was also a jacuzzi.
The room wasn't complete when i checked in. there were no towels or water. the hot tub only partially worked. Only jets on one side functioned. also, no sunshade was available on the terrace.
