slow service missing items
the pool area was acceptable.
the service was consistently slow. i often waited a long time for someone to take my order. even simple requests seemed to take longer than they should have. also, the breakfast could have been better, some items seemed to be missing..

Fantastic Getaway!
friendly staff relaxing atmosphere
The staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast had an AMAZING range of options, including eggs cooked exactly to order. The pool and Wellness Centre were beautifully laid out. The rooftop bar is fine.
The nearby building work forced a road closure, outside the control of the hotel, but inconvenient. It was a bit difficult getting around initially.

The rooms were spacious and modern. The calm atmosphere added to a restful stay. Each room included effective air conditioning and comfortable furnishings.

Acceptable, but far from really good
outdoor dining dining area rude staff front desk
The breakfast offered enough choices. Indoor and outdoor dining areas were available.
The front desk staff acted rudely. I asked for luggage assistance, but no one came. This was not the welcome I expected.

adequate experience
food variety indoor pool missing towels malfunctioning hot tub
the breakfast offered a good variety of options. the pools were also a plus. there was an indoor and an outdoor pool. there was also a jacuzzi.
The room wasn't complete when i checked in. there were no towels or water. the hot tub only partially worked. Only jets on one side functioned. also, no sunshade was available on the terrace.
